Sal and his mechanic are amazing! I came in frantic when my car started smoking on the highway. I was lucky to find this shop because the other one nearby was rude and quoted an absurd price. Sal and his mechanic spent about 2 hours to figure out why my car was leaking transmission fluid and to find out the axle and seal was broken. Sal and his mechanic were able to fix it by the evening I checked out of my hotel and fixed it in 1 day, so I was able to go back home with a fixed car. I had an urgent repair needed on the brakes of my car. Tried my usual mechanic, but the wait was two weeks to get an appointment. On the recommendation of a neighbor, I took the car to Arctic Auto. They diagosed the problem, quoted a price, ordered the needed part, completed the repair the next day. Also offered to replace a cosmetic piece that was missing. Washed the car! Repair completed perfectly and the price was VERY reasonable! I highly recommend! I have found my 'go to' mechanic!
The people here are incredibly kind and professional. We had a mechanical problem with our car while staying at a nearby hotel, and they were a huge help. They diagnosed and fixed the issue in less than an hour, and the price was very reasonable. We truly appreciate their excellent service and highly recommend them to anyone in need of honest and reliable auto repair.
I am truly impressed with the service provided by this great gentleman and his shop. With over 37 years of experience, he inherited the art of mechanics from his father and has passed it down to his children. They are excellent, hardworking professionals.
