Arctic Air Service Now Heating & Air Conditioning

AC went out on 105 heat index day at 11:00 pm and called 3 different companies that promoted 24 hour service but none could send a tech. Artic Air responded within 45 minutes and fixed the problem. Service tech Matt was outstanding and very knowledgeable. Our unit was 23 years old and we ended up purchasing a new unit to be installed within a week and the price and installation were very reasonable. Ryan is the perfect example of why Arctic Air will always be our hvac company. They serviced our unit before we moved in our home and so when we had a small issue I reached out to them. Prompt, professional expertise and problem solving. We couldn't be more happy. He really went above and beyond with the service. Companies are built on great people and Ryan is a perfect example.

A positive experience with Arctic Air Service Now. They scheduled my appt for the same day, called to let me know the technician was on their way, and Ryan arrived on time. He diagnosed and repaired the problem even though the work went into the evening. He kept me updated on his progress and answered my questions without any pushy upselling. The AC is running great, the house is perfectly cool and I'll be a repeat customer.

I just had two ductless units installed and highly recommend Kevin for the installation and Jason for selecting the best system for your home. Both were exceptionally professional, respectful, and organized.

He showed up on time and went above and beyond the call of duty to help me and he also explained the things he did during the A/C tuneup and after the tuneup.
