Bryttan was great. My apartment didn’t have ac for 3 days in mid August and he got here and immediately was able to find and solve the problem. Super knowledgeable when I asked him some air filter questions too. He was quick with the repair and very professional.
I have used Arctic Air for several projects. I've worked with many of their staff members, and I haven't found one who isn't five-star. This includes their office staff, technicians, and field supervisors. Their pricing is fair and honest, and their commitment to quality is outstanding. I recently worked with Shay, Mike, Shane, and Briton, who once again delivered excellent service.
Arctic air was fantastic! They came out immediately checked out. Our system told us what we needed. They were fast, courteous, and just wonderful to work with. I would most definitely recommend them to anybody!
