Had Arctic Air come to a routine maintenance, Bryttan was the text and he was a pleasure to deal with. Did his thing in a timely manner, cleaned up, didn't try to upset me. Just let me know what was going on with a few minor recommendations. I would absolutely have him back to do any future work.
Aaron and the team at Arctic Air went above and beyond for us. After our furnace blower motor failed on a 100 degree Friday afternoon, a friend (Zach Shoemaker) recommended Arctic Air. They sent Aaron out late that same night, and he stayed until after midnight to get our system running again. He was professional, clear about what was wrong, and fixed the problem efficiently so we didn’t have to suffer through another night without cooling. Bryttan was awesome and informative. Took the time to explain the information I needed. Quick and efficient.
I can’t say enough good things about Arctic Air! Our AC went out, and they came out tonight at 7:30 PM to get us taken care of. Wade, had already been out working all day, but he and his team still made the effort to come out and fix our AC. That says a lot about the kind of people they are and how much they genuinely care about their customers.
