Artic air installed the HVAC system in our new house. We had an issue with the condensation outlet on the attic furnace. Water started dripping through a light fixture. This was 10PM. Their service tech came out. Reconnected the outlet that the insulation company had knocked loose and got our system back up and running. Unbelievably professional service on every visit. On time, they call ahead. Wear booties in the house and really know their business.
Bryttan was great: courteous, professional, efficient, and answered my questions nicely. He was also well within the 2-hr appointment window, so we didn't get held up waiting and waiting... Bryttan gave us recommendations for upcoming maintenance/possible repairs, without pressuring us to get any of it done right now. Thank you Bryttan!
As always, great service. I couldn’t ask for a more professional, knowledgeable, and personable technician. One week later I had an Infinity GAPA filtration system installed. Great experience. We’ll see how it filters in the next few weeks (pollen season)!
Erin was very professional and explained everything he was servicing on our air conditioner. He replaced a part and showed me the original part so I could see that it needed to be replaced.
Our whole hvac system needed to be replaced and I am very happy my neighbor referred us to Arctic Air. Jason was very caring and offered to find us a portable AC unit as we were working on getting the funding in order. We also had to replace our disconnect box (not sure what that is but he explained it to us) and he referred an electrician that did the work knowing we didn’t have the funds in order.
