The technician ran preliminary test to ID unit coil would begin to heat then system would shut down. He never checked the LED diagnostic error codes that the Friedrich system provides (was not even aware). So I sent them the service manual, which I downloaded from Friedrich website. The technical stated in the phone call with me that he was looking for the manual, but could not find it. So so far there is no heat now for 9 days!! Great job! Came by and solved my cooling problems. It is now a beautiful day! Fixed the "bug" in my system, now I hope it works perfectly for years to come.

They came to my house on a Saturday told me my unit needed a new compressor. No other services. I paid the guy a 100.00 cash payment and they just sent me an invoice for 99.00. Now I'm questioning the diagnosis as I had the whole cooler replaced. Please be ware. Scammers alert!

Picture this…. it’s 11:00 pm the day before a huge festival and you’re traveling from over 8 hours away when you notice your freezer isn’t getting cold. Your frozen goods are at risk of melting, ruining your trip to serve festival guests. What should you do… do what I did . Call Artic Air & Refrigeration! They saved the day & festival for me! And did I mention, the work was done at 2 o’clock in the morning. Mohammed went about and beyond. Top notch gentleman.
