These guys are great! Very responsive, picked up the phone late at night and per our request of getting scheduled for next morning they were able to make it and diagnose the problem. Although the issue was a warranty repair and we had to call the original company that AC unit was purchased through, Arctic Air assessed the problem, told us what we needed to do, and let us know that if we still had any issues with the original company, they could come back and out and fix the issue themselves. I’m an out of state condo owner and the AC was putting out hot air for my first ever guest. Arctic Air and Refrigeration got out there in about an hour and fixed it in no-time-flat. Saved the day for me!! Truly grateful

These people are great! Very friendly & professional. He tried talking me through fixing it myself however I couldn’t do the job without his help. Great job, rates. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended!!!! I’m beyond grateful. Even though it was raining like crazy and super windy—and it was already 10 at night—he still came out just to help us with our walk in cooler. That kind of commitment really means so much.
