I no longer send patients here because they are unable to do basic lab draws upon the first attempt and have to call for a supervisor. The rates for phlebotomy draw through RUPA was also quoted incorrectly and they were charged more. In general, not a good experience and I advise to use another service.

Worst place, they cancel appointments after going to their office and technicians doesn’t show up. Patients have to make multiple trips and Easter their time

Gladys was sweet, patient, and was able to get me taken care of quick, fast, and in a hurry. Definitely recommend.

My travel was on the clock and I was so desperate by the fact that my covid result was not ready in another lab. I went to ARCpoint Plano and a tech called Rachael promised me to get my result with in an hour and I got my result on the spot. I was so excited and really recommend this lab.
