We had just had our rental inspected by the city. Our rental passed with flying colors with a few small fixes requested by them. Our tenet was having issues with the thermostat and in a pinch I called around to a few friends and finally found this companies number. I called and he came out within 2 hours. I was not home but was called by my tenet and he was vary upset. I wanted to take a minute and write a review of Arcon, Inc. On 10/3/2011 I contacted about 13 Air/Heat companies in Eastlake, Ohio & Surrounding area's. Every company i called was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I called Arcon and i spoke with the owner Tony. I was VERY PLEASED with how he spoke to me on the phone. I set up the appointment and he was here within 1 hour of speaking with him. He did such a excellent job and was fantastic on price. He spoke to my whole family as if they were his own.
