Everytime I go, I am always more than satisfied with my purchase and sometimes even more importantly… the customer service is wonderful! Without exceptional customer service… What’s the point?

My accepted offer through one of ARCOA Group's eBay store fronts / online resale brands (Off Lease Deals) was cancelled, and the item was relisted shortly after. While I received a refund, this left me without the product and disrupted project timelines I was counting on. The ARCOA Group should improve inventory coordination and order fulfillment across their online resale brands to prevent this from happening to other buyers.
