My name is Mara Rejo HADLEY GARDENS APARTMENTS ..3031 NW 19th Ave #304 Miami, Fl 33142. The Manager Betty Jackson yesterday 6/26/20 made us signed an ADDENDUM which is written in English and 99.9% of the elderly only speak Spanish, but the problem with the addendum that in the last page of the document is only a signature that we don't recognize and the PRINT NAME SECTION IS BLANK, the addendum doesn't have a written physical address of the property and all it says, that you are going to be evicted at her discretion in all ... read more

This is Mara Rejo from HARDLEY GDNS Miami Fl 33142, yesterday 6/26/20 we, the residents signed an ADDENDUM to the Lease Agreement, but the signature from the building Manager Betty Jackson is not the same that I have on file, the signature is other than BETTY JACKSON building Manager, also the part in where you print your name is BLANK, we need to make this legal and the way it is not, according to my records. ...COPY IN FILES

Betty Jackson Manager of Hadley Gardens, Miami, Fl 33142 on 6-26-20 wrote an addendum to the Lease contract, but she signed the Landlord name's and that a Forgery Felony in all 50 States in the USA Mara Rejo

i am calling your attention because we the elderly can not take more humiliation abuse, suffering from Betty Jackson (MGR) at Hardley Gardens, she throws her office door right in ou face and always screaming, and talking very loudly, the building is full of Rats and very heavy mildew, i ended up in the hospital because of her humiliation and abuse, we can not take it anymore, and we wish you change this manager, we are calling the local TV station to complain about her, also she doesn't want to speak Spanish, and she is a ra... read more

TWO WEEKS AGO ONE APARTMENT GOT ON FIRE WITH VERY HEAVY SMOKE AND THE MANAGER NEVER CALLED THE FIRED DEPT, ONLY AFTER ONE AND 1/2 HOUR LATER, OUR LIVES WERE AT RISK, WE COULD OF BURN FROM THE FIRE, I CALLED THE FIRE DEPT AND ASK THEM WHY THEY TOOK SO LONG TO COME AND THE CAPTAIN SAID THE MANAGER NEVER CALLED THEM WHILE SHE WAS WORKING DURING BUSINESS HOURS AND IT TOOK THE 6 MTS TO GET TO US. INVESTIGATE THIS DANGER DECISION, PLEASE.

Arco Management is not supervising our present manager Betty Jackson, she is obsessed, erratic, psychopath person, she is always in a constant threat to the elderly in evicting them, just abusive and very aggressive attitude, Arco needs to evaluate her unprofessional personality, she only cares about her own personal interests, no empathy, no compassion towers the elderly community. She puts notices in your apartment doors and always with a heart message, this goes on all year round.

My name is Mara Rejo from Hardley Gardens, Miami, Fl 33142 here in the community there is more than 85% of the residents disagree and don't like how the Manger Betty Jackson runs and administrate the building, she is constantly in an aggression mood, she is erratic and obsessive, no empathy, no respect for the elderly. I request an immediate response from ARCO Management and come to our building and talk to the residents and conduct a further investigation of our present Manager.
