Extremely disappointed with the service here. I paid for a premium wash and waited for my car. When it was finished, the employee who brought my keys was speaking rudely about me in Spanish to his colleague, not realizing I understood him perfectly. He was complaining that I was taking too long to tip and saying other thing about me culture wise while I was simply inspecting the service I just paid for. Very unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful staff
I just left this car wash. It said 17.99 for a basic hand wash. I called just to make sure and they said it would be 31.99. I went anyway and when I got there, one of the workers said it would be 34.99. I pulled up and the girl said it would be 41.99. I was a little irritated by this time but paid it because I had already driven a ways to get there. When they finished, there first thing I saw were filthy floor mats. Hi there I was there last week, the older guy he walked with a limp. He did my car in the shade. My whole passenger side still had water spots and he forgot to clean the windows inside also on that side of the car. I think when he left to clean my rugs he totally forgot about my passenger side. He did a good job until I got home and saw that whole side not done at all. I couldn't come bck had to get ready for work. Just wanted to let you know of my situation.
