Had 5 white Double Glazed sliding windows with Belgian made PVC frames (2 flat, 2 corner and 1 small bathrolm) last month. Clear communication, transparent offer and purchasing process. Really happy with the quality of this product. As usual with anything like this it takes time but the communication from the team was extremely good and very prompt. Nothing was an issue. The installer was a great guy and mark and the team were fantastic answering all my questions and responding promptly.
We have now had Arco install all our PVC double glazing (13 windows and doors) and have been very pleased with the quality of the product and its energy efficiency. I am an advocate for sustainable homes, and with the help of ARCO, my house is now cool in summer and warm in winter. Because I have electrified everything in our home and run it from my Solar and home battery, we now have no energy bills. We have had 90% of our old aluminium windows replaced with various different window styles Arco offer and couldn’t be happier. Great service right from design/window selection through to installation on site. Even when they needed to work around our builders who were constantly moving goalposts the team from Mark through to Lydia and the installers made things easy (if only our builder was as customer oriented and responsive) Highly recommend and will absolutely use them again when we get to doing the last 10%.
