Absolutely ridiculous experience. I tried to pay $17 in coins, yes actual U.S. currency, and was refused service because the cashier either did not want to count it or did not know how. Since when is money not money? If your employees cannot handle basic transactions like counting change, they should not be on a register. It is not the customer’s job to accommodate a cashier’s lack of training or effort.
