My girlfriends car and at least 2 other cars that got gas here do not run due to water in the fuel system. This happened yesterday Thursday 20 November. Since yesterday they have closed all the pumps and a contractor was taking fuel samples at night. I walked up to him and I could see the water separation in the mason jars.
