This store marks up taxes before they are due. Wa state enacted a 95% nicotine tax thats supposed to take place Jan 1, but this Arco AM/PM has already marked it up. A Zin roll of 5 cans went from $30 to $60. AMPM is pocketing the tax prior to the actual date it should be marked up. I reported it to the Internal Revinue Service.
