I wish to file a complaint regarding a negative experience at one of your gas stations in Las Vegas. On October 27, 2025, I attempted to fill up at a pump that was not working properly. The worst Arco. Always stopping their pumps and locking their doors. What gas station is closed at 5:30pm?
They closed the store and gas at 11p at night for an hour for shift change. I am watching him do nothing but mop the floor. I am forced to wait outside with homeless and people begging for money. Wait hes playing on his phone now. This is ridiculous.
