No bathroom...."out of service." Cheap gas, but then NOT a full service station. Don't advertise and then conveniently not have restroom service to save money. GO TO MOBIL around the corner on Shoup & Ventura - clean bathrooms, nice staff, good selection of snacks.
I am filing a formal complaint regarding an extremely unprofessional and humiliating experience I had at this ARCO location at approximately 6:17 AM on March 24, 2026 The employee on duty, who claimed to be the manager, treated me with complete disrespect. After I pumped $63 worth of gas, I asked for assistance turning on the air machine. Instead of helping, she refused and made me feel like I had to beg just to receive a basic service.
