I’ve lived across the street for about five months and have given this ARCO multiple chances, but the experience has been consistently terrible. The staff is routinely rude and dismissive, and customer service is basically nonexistent. On more than one occasion, I’ve been charged more than the posted price, which is unacceptable. I am trying to find a number for this location. Someone used my card at your atm at 06:09 this am. -<<<<<<< see edited>>>>>> The manager at this location is awesome exclamation point he sat with me for a good hour and reviewed the tape. I mean minute by minute he went above and beyond the call of duty. I really appreciate that. I mean, you could really tell that these individuals genuinely care about their customers. They got my business for life! Top-notch fellow.

Charges 35 cents for debit card purchases which is greedy and annoying. Beyond that, the diesel pump we used was literally the SLOWEST pump I have ever used in my entire life. It took over THIRTY ONE minutes to pump almost 16 gallons- and then the automatic shut off didn’t even work! Diesel fuel started overflowing from the tank all over the car and onto the ground. Thank god I noticed pretty quickly. I’ve never seen an automatic shutoff not work? AVOID AVOID AVOID. It is not worth saving ten cents per gallon to come here.
