My mom wanted to use the women's restroom today and the cashier named Diana and the staff always lock the restroom for the workers only, saying that there is merchandise in the bathroom. This is ridiculous, it's supposed to be open to the public, and the men's restroom is filthy dirty and unusable. I will now file a complaint with the public health department about this.
