I purchases 2 cups of ice and she charged me for 4. Was very rude and condescending. I asked her to maintain a professional demenor and she said she didnt have to. Walked away with my money in her hand to get the manager but continued to speak to me unprofessionally. I'm recorded the interation and will share it on every platform I have.
