Store manager Cynthia didn't want to honor the price that was on the tag. The tag was clearly marked for the 16oz. She even went as far as to say "we both know that's not the price of the item". So she was very well aware that the price tag was less than what the register was showing. Apparently the register doesn't allow them to change it. Maybe some retraining on weights and measure?
