This was one of the stupid Arco gas stations with the crazy stupid guy customer service. I shared the video which is this is the second time we provide the bathroom key. He very rudely told me we don’t have any key. I just putting video this hopefully help owner or business owner or manager see this video thanks

They wouldn’t let me put air in one of my tires without purchasing gas beforehand. I get it you want paying customers but come on, I would have gotten air, filled up my empty tank and then also purchased items inside. I ended up taking my business elsewhere. The area also felt a bit sketchy, with large plexiglass barriers around the cashier. I’d recommend going somewhere else

I had to really use the bathroom and previously went to a 7-eleven that was down the street that didn’t allow me to and also had a employee on the cashier who was just on his phone so I went here and the man was kind enough to let me use it and also when we returned the key he kept us inside because a homeless man who was almost half naked was trying to enter and was being weird and the man kept us inside and he went outside to make sure the homeless man wouldn’t do anything to us then his coworker to us that we were safe to... read more
