I purchased a drink from the fountain. I paid the person with cash. The price was 89 ¢, and I gave the cashier a $1 bill. They gave me a dime in return, not the correct change of 11¢, They seemed like they had limited ability to communicate in English.They also wanted to be sure to not touch my hand when they gave me the 10¢ change. What appears to be a brand new gas station with zero parking, no bathrooms, and prices 2X anywhere else in the state of California. (Edited: they have porta pottys in an empty gravel lot.)
