I really appreciate this doctor. She puts me at ease while my eyes are being examined. This is extremely important since I am nervous about anything going near my eyes.
I had a small emergency come up at the same time as my appointment. Arclight Eye Care was very very accommodating when I arrived an hour early and they fit me in. I was extremely impressed by their care. My eye appointment was efficient, thorough and one other thing... the doctor told me that my eyes had not changed much in the last 18 months and that I don't necessarily need to buy more glasses. We are returning customers. Over a year and a half ago we were advised by friends to try this optical office out. My friend stated that the customer service was great but that they really focused on the patients needs and listened to the patient. My family decided to give it a try. We were more than happy.
