NP Batterman is very personable and professional, although she had some difficulties in finding my most recent lab work, in my files, and I had to correct her about a couple of notes from Dr. Lau (so that may have been Dr. Lau's error in the notes, about me having prostate cancer, I'm not sure. I do not have cancer, although I have had 3 prostate biopsies, years ago, with findings of atypia, and high grade PIN, which are only precancerous, not any findings of of metastatic prostate cancer). Everyone so friendly! Dr Banack really listens and is interested in me as a person. Even the nurses listen . Everyone very personable.
I was still having severe pain as a result of a bad accident during which I lacerated my tongue in multiple areas. I prematurely ran out of the pain medication (an Opioid based med) prescribed by the emergency doctor and just needed a few more pills to get me over a couple more day, as I was still experiencing strong pain during swallowing food or liquids. Dr. Bannock is wonderful. She’s compassionate understanding and friendly.
I see Dr. Lau at Archwell on W. Ina Rd. which caters to senior citizens. She is very through and provides excellent care to seniors. I highly recommend her!
