This place fell off. When they first opened it was everything we wanted. Now it’s some Thing else… paperwork says 10:30 appointment , but they argue it’s at 11:00. Their wait times is just bad as the DMV. At times , no one even answers the phone. This place is the worst, it’s disgustingly Sad because poor seniors depend on their services. disorganized mess.
