When my husband started going to Archwell, we found the staff to be polite and friendly; readily to address our concerns; making same day appointmets and prompt with returned calls. Feeling so comfortable with sharing my health issues, I changed my health care to Archwell and have no regrets.
I had the weirdest experience to become a new patient. Everywhere I have ever been to a medical facility, you give them your name, address, contact information, insurance information, get a new patient appointment and fill out the new patient forms. The medical facility does whatever they do to verify your insurance, if you have any. The person at this place had me on a conference call with my insurance company, going over the rules of the facility, and other stuff, which is not what the insurance company is for. My first visit was very rewarding so far and I would recommend friends and family for sure.
Treat you like family. Excellent staff and doctors are great and thorough.
