Everyone from the front desk to the girls in the back, were very friendly and caring. Coco is fantastic! She had a couple challenges working with me, from a defect EKG machine to a computer issue too but she finally got it straightened out and was apologetic for the issues, even though it was an issue beyond her control. Dr. G is wonderful and very caring, helping me get through my process for bariatric surgery. I am so very happy to have found Archwell!!!

When my husband started going to Archwell, we found the staff to be polite and friendly; readily to address our concerns; making same day appointmets and prompt with returned calls. Feeling so comfortable with sharing my health issues, I changed my health care to Archwell and have no regrets.
I had the weirdest experience to become a new patient. Everywhere I have ever been to a medical facility, you give them your name, address, contact information, insurance information, get a new patient appointment and fill out the new patient forms. The medical facility does whatever they do to verify your insurance, if you have any. The person at this place had me on a conference call with my insurance company, going over the rules of the facility, and other stuff, which is not what the insurance company is for.
