Most associates answering the phones are friendly and helpful. However, there is one associate who is curt, unhelpful and unnecessary contrary. Referral process is not great. It takes a few follow up phone calls to finally get your referral. The PA’s are very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. The practice is spotless and the wait time to see a practitioner has been appropriate.
There is a person named Angela who must dislike where she works , hates assisting people and answering patients questions. This is the 3rd time I have been unlucky enough to have her answer the phone when I call. She is curt, unhelpful and practically refuses to answer any questions. Getting my referral has been a total nightmare. Her response was that she didn’t know what to tell me. Is that really the type of service this practice wants to provide patients. I certainly hope not.
Yesterday I visited the office, and I would like to express my sincerest and warmest wishes to the entire staff for your kind attention, friendliness, and the way you carefully and clearly explain everything. I would especially like to thank Dr. Olga Belder for her care for people, her attentive attitude, and the way she takes the time to deeply understand every situation.
