My grandfather has been going there for about 2 years and during that time we have had weird experiences. Every appointment we have had we have to tell them the same thing we tell them every time, they never have his records, we seemingly see a new dr or np every single time we go, they never keep us in the loop as to what we are doing that day, and the staff is generally unable to pronounce or recognize the names of medications. Seeing them for about a year. It takes 1 to 2 weeks to get scripts filled. You run totally out, then go get three pills from pharmacy, then run out of those, then it might get filled. 61 and Lewis location. And they just changed my "Doctor", mine had to move. I had her for about a year. No thankyou. Your office is Ran like a McDonalds.

If you miss an appointment they will literally come to your home looking for you & my neighbor said that they were harassing her about giving them my ph # that's my personal information And I canceled an appointment & the ride they set up for me soonercare & I kept receiving text that my ride was outside That's too much I'm finding me a regular doctor

My last appointment was supposed to be a follow-up appointment and wound up being a hour and a half dissertation on the doctors experience and how long he had been practicing. I finally had to shut him down as it was time I left for work. He didn’t address my concerns at all and was genuinely concerned that he hadn’t covered ever well enough which is why I had to Shut him down and get to work. I think I will try Oak street health and wish for better health care.
