Working with Archwater has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with any business. From the very start, the process was disorganized, unprofessional, and filled with red flags. When listing my property, I was not given a copy of the signed lease—nor was I even allowed to review it before the tenant signed. I'm a local Firefighter in the area and Archwater took care of me throughout my entire lease anytime I needed anything....even after my lease had ended. I would recommend Robert and his team to anyone. Super easy to communicate with and flat out good people. It was a pleasure working with you.
We hired this company with the hope that they find us good renters on a super short notice. In fact, we had less than 30 days to find renters and provide valid proof to the bank that our old house was rented so that the purchase of our new home could happen.
