The previous reviews from others are sadly true. I lived here for over 2-3 years and my issues didn’t start really till my last unit and the last change in management. First of all the rats that this complex has is beyond gross. They say they have pest control coming out and yes I do see the mouse traps but they are dry and empty and with the constant trash that was always out into the parking lot due to the downsizing of trash bins to save a buck and the fact that most of the residents that live here don’t dump their trash ... read more
If you want to live somewhere that cares about more than just taking your money, DO NOT live here. This company is run so poorly, they do not care about their residents at all. I lived here from 2018 to 2020 without issue. Three years after moving out, they sent us a bill, which we paid. In April of this year, they sent us to collections without attempting to reach out about the balance owed first. Now I'm attempting to pay this balance and have been unable to do so.
