AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Landlord sent notice to increase rent by $200/month just 3 months after moving in. They will raise your rent the minute you move in. This is also the least helpful/responsive staff of any complex I have lived in. If you have an emergency or need questions answered - good luck! But don't take my word for it ... try calling them on the phone and see what happens for yourself.
I had a great experience with Stephen from the leasing team. He helped me resolve an issue I was having with my lease signing, and he handled it very quickly and efficiently. I found Redmond Hill Apartments on Rent.com and fell in love with the layout of the property and the multiple apartment home options. These apartments have been beautifully maintained and my home has been updated with stainless steel appliances, digital locks, and luxury vinyl plank flooring. The property manager Stephen is extremely friendly and helpful. The rest of the office staff is also friendly and helpful. I had a minor maintenance request and it was scheduled for the same day. Nice community, excellent maintenance staff worked with KD and Carlos have nice experience working with them. Everything good except the yearly rent increment and high utility charges.
Carlos provided quick and exceptional service and fixed all the maintenance issues at our home within 10 minutes (even the ones for which we had not raised a request earlier). Appreciate the support from Redmond Hill maintenance team to coordinate on timings and resolve this.
