I m current resident of this community, just wanna tell u all that this community’s maintenance has improved a lot over the years,I want to thank Mr.KD for taking care of us every time I submit a maintenance request. KD is very nice humble and knowledgeable and hardworking person,take care of things on time. Thank you KD for making our life easy and wish you all the success.

After living here for a few years KD is definitely the best part about this complex. I have no family in state and lived alone and knowing KD was always close by made me feel safe and secure, he always came really fast when I needed help and is the sweetest person to talk too. He’s helped me with maintenance and with office help that he didn’t have to do for me when they weren’t being helpful. If you have a choice for anyone’s help pick KD! He really cares about the work he does and the people in the community

My leasing consultant for Essex / Redmond Hills was Agnes K. and she was the BEST! I was very particular about some of the requirements I had for my next apartment and she helped me look all over the Essex properties to find one. I am beyond grateful that I got to work with her. She really went above and beyond for me. I have not moved in yet to Redmond Hills, but so far the application process and community team have been very responsive.

I am late to writing my detailed and highly-praised review of this complex. I moved out of this apartment complex and the city of Redmond at the end of February 2024. I was the resident of one of the units in Building J for a little over 4 years between December 2019 and February 2024.
