Michael, the Assistant Community Manager at Aventura Decatur, was incredible! He gave me a thorough and welcoming tour of what I believe was apartment 3305. I absolutely loved the blue cabinets—they’re my favorite color—and I immediately felt at home. Michael made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable, answering every question with patience and enthusiasm. Do Not Move to Aventura Decatur Update: the AC unit in my apartment was not blowing out cold air. I contacted the property manager and let her know she responded back the end of the day telling me that they're gonna replace it with a portable AC for now because they have to replace the whole ac unit portable ACs, as we know, runs up the electricity bill, another inconvenience for me and my children, and another hit on my finances. Did a last minute tour with Ms.Allen a couple of days ago. I told her I was considering moving to Decatur and leaving Atlanta. She made my first interaction amazing. Not only was the apartment beautiful but the amenities were worth it as well. She told me about a lot of the businesses around the area and how safe the community is. Such a warming energy to be around.
I had an amazing experience working with Alexis during my apartment search! She was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. She answered all my questions promptly. I highly recommend working with Alexis if you are looking for someone who truly cares about finding the right home for you!
