I toured Aventura Decatur recently and had a great experience with Michael. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and really made the place feel welcoming. The two-bedroom layout was spacious, modern, and had everything I was looking for in an apartment. Honestly, I almost signed the same day! The only reason I didn’t end up moving in was because Jackson Square was running a slightly better move-in special at the time. Still, Aventura Decatur is definitely worth checking out if you’re apartment hunting in the area.
I went in and was going to tour, and when I went in there was only one gentleman in the office named Michael. He was not very welcoming at all. I could never live somewhere where I don't feel welcome before I even move in. I am looking for a place I want to call home, and unfortunately due to this one experience I couldn't even think about living here. I went to a few other places in the area, and I can say completely different.
Called the office to ask about the amenities, very interested in the bark park, and Michael was very professional. It was very nice that he answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed. I’ll have to come tour soon.
I toured Aventura Decatur with Michael and really liked it! The 2-bedroom was super cute and had such a cozy, modern vibe. Michael was chill , super helpful, and made the whole tour feel easy. The community felt clean and quiet, and everything looked really well taken care of . I’m still weighing my options, but with how friendly and professional the management team was, I’m seriously considering making this my next home.
I visited yesterday as I need a new place for my job here in Atlanta, and I met with Michael and Lexi. I was super impressed with how nice they both were! They really helped walk me through all my questions, and offered me all the help I needed. Thank you both for helping me and making my future apartment decision easy.
