I’m moving from New York to Georgia soon and came across this amazing gated community. I was greeted with such a warm welcome from the friendly staff the moment I walked in! The property has secure keyless entry, which I really appreciate, the renovated unit I toured was spacious & fresh! The location is convenient, and for the area, the price is definitely a great value! I’m very excited about the possibility of making this my new home!
I recently toured this apartment community in Decatur and was so impressed! The landscaping and overall upkeep are beautiful, and the location is perfect and close to my job and everything I need is up the street like Kroger, Publix and Whole Foods. What stood out most was the staff; they were so welcoming, knowledgeable, and really made me feel at home during the tour. I can absolutely see myself living here and highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a new place it’s very quaint.
My boyfriend and I toured this community last week the cleanliness of the property left a bad first impression. The unit was decent and the leasing consultant wasn't convincing at all maybe it was his first day on the job. Great location and nice pool area though. Hoping we find our new home soon.
I’m usually in and out of the country… Arrived this morning and noticed how dirty these apartments look trash everywhere caution tape and my mailbox was wide open! I spoke to USPS and they informed me Aventura Decatur has to replace the entire mailroom! I’ve always felt safe here for the past 7 years but I’m disappointed at the lack of upkeep; I hope this place gets better it’s in a great location close to Publix etc
This place has gone downhill and the residents are suffering but expected to continue paying the price!!! The gate has been open for a month strangers walking in and out. The trash compactor and the mailboxes BROKEN. Roaches, rats and ants roaming the property. Billing issues with the property etc What a nightmare including this white car alarm constantly going off random times through the day disturbing my peace!!!! It’s time for me and my family to end this chapter at Aventura Decatur it’s a dump!!!
