I normally don’t leave reviews but building C has big RATS and yesterday it was a dead one in the parking lot!!!! Residents here deserve better living conditions for the price they charge and the amount of dog poop surrounding the area is unsanitary!!!!
Wesley and the other gentleman who came to fix my maintenance issue were very courteous and professional. They kept me apprised of progress and when they finished, they had me test the leaky sink myself to ensure it was working.
I don't know how much some of yall are getting paid for your reviews, but I'm here to tell you that the value you get for paying your rent each month has plummeted dramatically. Wait until you have real issues, like your AC not working for an entire summer (multiple work orders submitted). These people love to blame the residents and brush you off... like a bad insurance company. Greystar has a 1.7 rating. Aventura Decatur's mailbox station is constantly left open, exposing all of our mail to whomever wants to take it. As I ... read more
