Wesley and the other gentleman who came to fix my maintenance issue were very courteous and professional. They kept me apprised of progress and when they finished, they had me test the leaky sink myself to ensure it was working.
I don't know how much some of yall are getting paid for your reviews, but I'm here to tell you that the value you get for paying your rent each month has plummeted dramatically. Wait until you have real issues, like your AC not working for an entire summer (multiple work orders submitted). These people love to blame the residents and brush you off... like a bad insurance company. Greystar has a 1.7 rating. It’s been about a month & a half since I’ve moved here. I must say that the neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. When it comes to the maintenance crew, they are phenomenal!! And it’s only two of them. They work hard to get things fixed right away inside your apartment. Very cool, honest, and pleasant workers. No complaints as of right now! This place is Awesome Blossom!!…so far!…..I’ll come back with a three month update!!
Greystar needs to hire competent staff to manage this property. I have had one issue after another let’s dive deep. - Office phone is always off the hook and no one answers! -Maintenance guys are lazy and ride around on their cart chatting all day. My front door has a gap in it which took them 3 months to look at . -MIA will lie to your face and never knows what’s going on with the excessive fees on my statement. No follow up or anything. -Valet trash is non existent but residents still get charged! -My 80 year old neighbor ... read more
I toured the Aventura Decatur apartments over the weekend and have to give them 5 stars! Mia was a sweetheart and filled me in on everything there is to know! The complex was very quiet, with long-term and returning tenants - which says a lot about a place you want to call home!
