What an amazing team! This crew is a phenomenal example of customer service and user focused design. I was able to walk through the shop to visualize and select my products - as well as receive a 3D rendering of my kitchen design. The work was done quickly and efficiently and they were sure to follow up after. See attached photos for my brand new cabinets!
I recently purchased a Quartzite countertop from Architecture Stones. I worked with Abby Rios to figure out what kind of countertop I liked, the pros and cons of each, and what would work with my budget, and current kitchen design. The shop in Rockville has a large selection of slabs, but I was also able to visit one of the manufacturers (MSI) to view other options before making my final selection. We put down a deposit for an in-stock marble slab. An hour later, we called to cancel. We were told we would be charged an 8% cancellation fee. I pointed out the clause in the contract that stated that cancellation fees can be avoided by cancelling within 48 hours. They still refused to refund the cancellation fee. Avoid this shady place at all costs.
