Just had sensors for both of my cameras cleaned here. Robert did a superb job! He even pointed out an issue with one of my cameras that I didn't realize I had. Fixed it first and pointed it out to me when I picked it up at no additional charge. The best thing of all is I had my cameras back in the same day. Going forward, if Robert can't fix it, only then, will I send it to Canon.

I called because I was getting an error shutter button message on my Nikon D3200. They were able to help me fix it over the phone and gave me other tips to help keep my camera functioning properly. A 5 star company in my book. I will definitely be using them for my camera repair needs in the future. :)

Robert was able to diagnose an issue with my Canon 5D easily, gave me all the info I needed to find a replacement part, and didn't even charge me anything! Businesses with this level of integrity and customer service rarely exist anymore in this day and age. We should recognize and support people like Robert and everyone at Archinal Camera!
