A***** is a crook. He cost me money and time, which was nothing but a waste. He inspected my house for a refi and when I didn't need any pest removal, he tried to extort me for $500 in repair work after he said I would have a clean report. I called about getting this work done but Archie never called me back! I ended up having another company who fumigated the house when I bought it a few years ago come out and reinspect just so I could get my loan cleared.
