Bought a pickup in October that was supposed to go through their inspection, when we went to pick it up the windshield was still cracked. We couldn’t pick it up that day after repeated calling that they needed it off the lot. Thank goodness we got extended warranty because it spent the next two months in the shop for a leaking valve cover and coolant line leaks. Didn't tell me one of 2 needed to be ordered while on the phone. Charged for Both when picked up only one. Told no shipping cost yet charged C.O.D. Manager said it was late shipping b/c wasn't her order??? DIDN'T clarify early or late prod. year so wrong part.
