I came here for the first time I wanted the wash for 21.99 the guy says u have watermarks U should get wax to protect paint. I said ok he said it will be 60.00 I said I can't do 60 he said ok 50. Hands me the paper and it says 40.00 go pay inside and give me 10. He pocketed my money. My fault for agreeing but I never been to a car wash that tried to gets to get more service out of me and pocket money. I'm not coming here again.
The employees did a good job at washing my car, the owners are the ones who were not too helpful. My son forgot his cell phone there, I tried to arrange for Fed Ex to pick up the phone at my expense, but they were too busy to fill out the Fed Ex form. What has happened to service? I also have a business and I will do whatever it takes to keep my customers happy and coming back.
