Setup an evening appointment to review project and get an estimate. After 15 minutes of no-show, called and left a message at the office. After 20 minutes, I called the emergency number stated on the previous message. This went to a voice mail for the owner. Nobody ever showed and the owner did not return the call. I did not even get a call back from the office for almost a full day. You would think you would get a call back first thing in the morning.
