The place used to be nice until new management arrived. Let's start with the constant "emergency" scheduled water shut offs with no notice that last for hours. Now let's get into them changing ownership and them screwing up the resident portal to pay rent, we paid our rent on the site as usual, full balance shown, flash forward a week and we get an email saying we have a small balance where we are JUST getting charged last months utilities PLUS a friendly 125 dollar late fee! Susan was amazing when I needed assistance with my portal. She was able undo a tangled mess I made and got me back on track. I didn't think it could be done, but Susan came through for me and saved the day!
I try rent apartment in December and it's April and still didn't get my deposit back
Place is gross and the roaches aren’t shy, summertime they have their own freeway to here or there. I’ve never seen so many in the open.
