shady management that'll make up any excuse to ensure you never get your deposit back. good luck getting any maintenance request done as they'll "lose" the request and pretend it never happened. they tried to claim there were pet stains on the foundation that could only be found by removing the carpet and padding. tried to make up excuses for things they needed the deposit for even though they said the unit was going to be renovated and no cleaning was needed. stay away from this place!!!!
Water gets turned off at least once a month. Most of the time without warning! The apartments are old, built sometime in the 70’s or early 80’s and have been bounced around from one management company to the other without major repairs done. Like putting make up on a pig they pretty them up and pass it on to the next company. There are major plumbing issues here and aren’t ever really addressed fully or done correctly apparently with how many times they are turning off the water. I actually like these apartments for the look and how it's quieter than any place I've lived at before. They made a mistake on our paperwork saying we lived on 1586 when we actually lived on 1570. We had a whole run around with srp and then they charged us for the time srp didn't put it in our name for THEIR mistake. Okay whatever, I'm over that. Then the kids here are crazy! Good for a while ,but shit changed in 2016 I travel alot the time I was there but the People the let move in were all Low income , people with 3 or 4 high school punk kid who fuck the place up ,,somkin drugs ,like not weeed drugs iam talking la coke ahina...Speed DOIn an selling pill...I had to walk around strap at all times at night in case something pop Off...I always had my heater on me the last 7mouths I was there .An a blade..cause the shit was happing right out side my door almost used it Halloween night . This place is a joke and run by people who have no business operating a business. Don't live here! Find somewhere else, seriously! They break the terms of their lease and make unannounced changes that cause residents to suffer. Plus, they allow homeless to wander around so it's a super dangerous place for ANYONE to live. Serious, don't live here. Find somewhere else, these guys are crooks and lying thieves!
I have been a resident here for going on three years. For the most part, everything is good. The apartments are nice(ish) and the area is relatively quite. You are only able to pay your rent on the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd, which is frustrating when you get paid on unusual dates. My reason for the 1 star rating has mostly to do with the parking. Residents used to have to pay $15 for an unassigned, uncovered parking spot (basically they were making you pay to park in the complex) a...Continue Reading
Do NOT move here!!!! They will screw you over and take all of your money. This is ridiculous. I do not recommend these subpar apartments that are WAY over priced. Do yourself a favor and move anywhere else, it'll save you money, hassle and from being screwed over.
