I have to give 5 stars to Alonza, the maintenance supervisor!! He is so efficient and genuinely cares about the people who live here. It is truly rare to have someone so kind taking care of your home.
Worst apartment complex ever. They never answer the phone, I got locked out of my apartment the office lady said she would put in a work order she never did instead she went to lunch and me and my 2 year was left out in the heat for over 1 hr. I had to ride around and find the maintenance man myself and he said no one told him anything about it. I’ve put in multiple work orders and never had anything fixed. Love the apartment complex and also love the management team and the maintenece team!! Mrs.Pace is incredibly sweet, welcoming and very helpful! Anytime we had a question or needed a service she had the answer. Signing the lease was a breeze along with applying. The maintance staff, especially Mr. Alonza are great! If a call was made, we would get Alonza here the same day or next fixing the issue. The apartment complex is clean and we've had no issues. Everyone is super polite! We would highly recommend them!
I love this place, I just moved to one of these Apartments, it is a calm and peaceful neighborhood inside the apartments are super nice and cleaned their renovation is awesome. I special thanks to Ms Sue The Property Manager she is a super nice lady.
This has been one of the best experience I've had renting. From the leasing office (Ms. E. Pace, the manager & support staff) to signing the leasing agreement with Ms. Sue, everyone was patient & accommodating. Even with all my indecisiveness, request🤔they were all great! THANK YOU ALL SOOOO MUCH!!!
