Would you recommend this provider to others? Yes Were the waiting room chairs comfortable while waiting for your pet? Yes Did this provider take time with you at your appointment? Yes Did this veterinarian answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! The staff spoke very highly of this provider and it was clear that they held them in a position of high respect.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They really go above and beyond to make me and my pet feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. My pet is treated so compassionately! Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom? Yes, It was extremely convenient and well kept

Dr. Lipps and her staff are always very nice. They are very prompt with their appts, and we never have to wait more than a few minutes. I know that they will take good care of our pets.
