We had a good experience with Archer. They came promptly after a toilet intake line leaked and flooded part of our basement. Their mitigation methods kept mold from developing. They were also very helpful with our insurance claim. Recommend!
We are moving and in the middle of updating the house, a flood bursts in our wall and we are back to square one! We were assigned to Archer Restoration by Code Blue, who works with Allstate Insurance. I have to say that in the middle of a disaster the guys from Archer were very communicative, worked quietly and explained as much as they could through each step of the mitigation. We had water damage to our hardwood floors caused by a leaking dishwater. Josh Williams and Pat came out to assist us with our problem. They were very professional and knowledgeable They also spoke with our insurance adjuster witch we really appreciated. Archer has excellent employees that make a difficult time much easier.
