We had a bed bug issue. They notified us that was the problem, but they didn't fix it... They did their standard three treatments... We were still getting bit, called, and they did a fourth treatment. However, they readily admitted that they didn't treat everything the fourth time that needed to be treated. Now, we are still going through this since they didn't do it right the fourth time either... We are switching to another company now so that it can be dealt with correctly.
This is a small company and has better customer service and treats customers with respect. This is so nice to see.
They have great customer service, very friendly and free inspections. What more could you ask for. Definately my choice for pest control!
I had a very serious problem with bed bugs. I had 3 different companies come to my home. 2 of the companies wanted to charge an outrageous price and Archer gave me a price that didnt break my bank account. The technician Misti gave me the prep sheet and explained everything I needed to do and what the process was going to be. She went above and beyond dealing with me. I don't know what else to say, "honest"! I had 3 different companies come out to my home and Archer was the only one who didn't try and sell me unnecessary services and charge an outrageous price.
They truly give you wonderful service.
My Technician is always here on time and very friendly. She does her job and answer's any questions I might have, Cudo's to Archer!
I would highly recommend this company. Excellent customer service and they back there work.
