This past year has come and gone so quickly, but it’s truly been a great experience! The apartments are very up-to-date, with the cutest tile in the bathroom and kitchen backsplash. I’ve had no issues getting maintenance out the few times I needed them—they’re always prompt and helpful. The amenities are consistently clean and well-maintained, and management does a great job keeping residents informed while also hosting fun community events. I’ve had an amazing experience living here in the Medical District!
M’Lise and the team have been most helpful with concerns relating to the apartment. Especially updates occurring on the premises such as the blind spot mirrors in the garage and speed bumps which have been reducing speeding and near accidents in the parking garage.

I’ve had such a great experience living at Archer Medical District! The community is clean, well-maintained, and in a super convenient location. The amenities are always in great condition, and everything feels very safe and welcoming.
