Archer Management Group is currently managing 4 of my properties in San Diego and I couldn’t ask for better customer service. Conner and his team have been rockstars. I highly recommend their services!
They are handing a 4 plex for me. It has been nothing but issues. Stay away. Edit: see this generic response? They sent me a notice of cancellation after this review. They haven't fixed one of their many problems they've caused. They overcharged our management fees and refused to give it back. Kelly Archer lies that he'll take care of you and then makes you do his job. They haven't collected the rent from the tenants properly. I have been using Archer to manage my rental property for the past 2.5 years. I find people at Archer extremely friendly and helpful. In particular, I would like to single out Connor, in Archer Management's maintenance dept., who always goes the extra mile and is super helpful. If you have property to rent, I highly recommend Archer.
