They are handing a 4 plex for me. It has been nothing but issues. Stay away. Edit: see this generic response? They sent me a notice of cancellation after this review. They haven't fixed one of their many problems they've caused. They overcharged our management fees and refused to give it back. Kelly Archer lies that he'll take care of you and then makes you do his job. They haven't collected the rent from the tenants properly.
