Received good and professional service from the nurse assigned to me.
All staff has been professional, on time, compassionate and skilled. My mom has gained more from physical therapy with Archer than she gained after months of physical therapy in the past.
Dexter and Jeremy are both very Professional and Knowledgeable about the services they provide and do a excellent job explaining the treatment options and goals to try to achieve.
From Jonathon and Roger to Melissa, I have had nothing but positive and very supportive care. Their understanding, patience and listening to my concerns, while giving me the best answers possible. Always answering whether they know it at the time or they seek it out is comforting. I wish I could pick one of them more than the others but, that is really impossible.
