I have Michele as my visiting nurse. She is very caring, knowledgeable and kind. She is what a nurse should be. A great representative of her company and her profession. Archer Health is vary good. It has provided all the needed care that I need. I would highly recommend it to anyone who has a need.
All my posts are honest and fair. I previously complemented how the nurse that drew blood was good. Now I want everyone in the support dept suck. 4 phone calls and not one return call. Saturday morning my issue was updated to very important. So much for that. I missed one dose last night and the duty nurse told me if I didnt hear back early this morning to skip a dose and take my. Received good and professional service from the nurse assigned to me.
All staff has been professional, on time, compassionate and skilled. My mom has gained more from physical therapy with Archer than she gained after months of physical therapy in the past.
