I live @ Hickory Place Apts same Elon MGMT. .I am very happy with Thomas Mgr & his maintenance staff. 🙄 Don't know why you other folks having issues @ Archer Court 👉🏽. Same MGMT..Folks need to know that all those who took those COVID 19 Jabs , their minds have altered them because of it , side affects . It's people's issues within themselves that ARE THE PROBLEM .
Leticia is the best property manager I have had between 28 locations I have lived between Georgia and Florida, I can say for sure if she leaves I leave because I've never had such a peaceful and relaxing living experience with a landlord before and it's a breath of fresh air. Edit: I was wrong about Thomas Newsome. He called me about the issues, and turns out I had the wrong impressions. This guy is solid.
