Autumn and her team were the best to work with! We rarely had any issues but if there was one it was fixed asap. The maintenance crew is so nice and helpful as well. Would recommend Arche to everyone!
I’ve lived in a three person and a two person townhouse, two separate years. Autumn, the landlord, is quick to answer any texts you send. And if there are any maintenance issues they are fixed within the week. The rent is on par with the quality of homes they provide and the rest of stillwater. Part of my security deposit was used to fix paint damages after moving out the first time. Arche is very fair when it comes to returning security deposits.
Arche is by far the best property management company in Stillwater! Working with Autumn has been nothing but wonderful. She is very communicative and responds in a timely manner. Any maintenance requests were fulfilled promptly. I highly recommend renting with Arche!

They took such good care of us during our time in stillwater. There are plenty of terrible landlords in stillwater and it was so wonderful to finally have one who actually cared about their tenants. They take care of maintenance in a timely manner and care for their tenants well. I highly recommend you stay in a house they own!! We’re grateful to them for giving us a safe and happy experience after so many bad landlord experiences in stillwater.
