Had an absolutely great experience renting from them. I've stayed in two different properties and they always had a very quick response to any issues or repairs that needed to be addressed. Both Keith and Autumn are very friendly and easy to talk to. I'd definitely rent from them again.
Autumn and her team were the best to work with! We rarely had any issues but if there was one it was fixed asap. The maintenance crew is so nice and helpful as well. Would recommend Arche to everyone!
I’ve lived in a three person and a two person townhouse, two separate years. Autumn, the landlord, is quick to answer any texts you send. And if there are any maintenance issues they are fixed within the week. The rent is on par with the quality of homes they provide and the rest of stillwater. Part of my security deposit was used to fix paint damages after moving out the first time. Arche is very fair when it comes to returning security deposits.
Arche is by far the best property management company in Stillwater! Working with Autumn has been nothing but wonderful. She is very communicative and responds in a timely manner. Any maintenance requests were fulfilled promptly. I highly recommend renting with Arche!
