I’ve lived at Archdale for the last few years! Throughout these last few years, Tiffany has always been super helpful and answers all my questions! She make sure things get done and that I always get the support that I need from my neighborhood office management!! In the maintenance department, Jonathon has always been very helpful as well! He came and replaced my oven completely on a Sunday. He was quick to diagnose the problem and did not leave until the job was finished. I am grateful for them both!
I own a roofing company and have had great experiences working with multiple team members within the Archdale Forest Team. Angela is the Property Manager and she was very helpful and seemed to have strong experience in her role. I met with the reginoal director who was great. Lastly, Hommer who was in charge of maintenance showed me around and great to work with as well. I would highly recommend working with this team.
Crazyyyy!!! 0/10. Move in date has been pushed back multiple times. Nobody is at the apartment complex to give us the keys to move in. Move in day comes and something comes up and the date is pushed back again. Property manager won’t let us come in the morning to get keys. It’s had to be after 2pm. Then when 2pm comes “oh it’s an emergency we have to reschedule”. So over this apartment. We were supposed to move in February. It’s march and the day has been pushed back yet again.
My family and I moved in here about 3 weeks ago. We were on a waiting list for 3 months. It was worth the wait! The office people are great. Upfront and honest about the entire process. The apartment is fantastic. Has everything we need and in great shape. It was clean and everything redone when we moved in. We have not seen a single bug inside at all. We had an issue with the upstairs toilet not running right and maintenance was here in less than 12 hours from when we put the order in. They replaced a part and it works perf... read more
Rent is affordable and Maintenance is timely. Some mornings they’ll offer dunkin donuts as people are going to school/work
