Crazyyyy!!! 0/10. Move in date has been pushed back multiple times. Nobody is at the apartment complex to give us the keys to move in. Move in day comes and something comes up and the date is pushed back again. Property manager won’t let us come in the morning to get keys. It’s had to be after 2pm. Then when 2pm comes “oh it’s an emergency we have to reschedule”. So over this apartment. We were supposed to move in February. It’s march and the day has been pushed back yet again.

My family and I moved in here about 3 weeks ago. We were on a waiting list for 3 months. It was worth the wait! The office people are great. Upfront and honest about the entire process. The apartment is fantastic. Has everything we need and in great shape. It was clean and everything redone when we moved in. We have not seen a single bug inside at all. We had an issue with the upstairs toilet not running right and maintenance was here in less than 12 hours from when we put the order in. They replaced a part and it works perf... read more

Rent is affordable and Maintenance is timely. Some mornings they’ll offer dunkin donuts as people are going to school/work

I've lived here for 5 years. In the beginning everything was ok. Never had a problem with Paris or Katona. These last 2 1/2 years has been terrible. I've had constant problem with the laundry room. Granted they replaced the carpet because of the water damage. However, it has happened again and again. All they do is patch things and keep it moving. The floors in the bathroom is very spongy and there is mold on the walls. They say that it normal. I've never heard that in any apartment before! There aren't any amenities but ren... read more
