Absolutely beyond a doubt the worst practice ever. Customer assistance is non existent. Wait on hold to be put on hold then straight to voice mail. If it happened once ok but every time I have called. And don't bother leaving a message, they won't return it.
Doctors and staff are the worse here and do not have a clue on what they are doing. All of them need to be retrain because they keep misdiagnosing people.

Dr Burnette and staff are the worse there is and do not care about their patients. Dr Burnette has misdiagnosis me several times to the point I am going to the Urologist in Tallahassee. At least the one on Tallahassee listen to you and treats you right.
