I have been a patient of Brittni Harrel NP-C for two years now. She is a wonderful person—knowledgeable, thorough, punctual, with a good bedside manner. The nurses are not just shuttling you through! They actually alerted me to a separate medical condition which I wouldn’t have otherwise realized. The office staff is always quick and friendly. 5 star rating!
I had an appointment at 930am on Wednesday and at almost 12pm I was still sitting there. I got up and asked for my 85.00 copay back. Still a day later it has not been refunded. I really needed to be seen but due to the nurses incompatible of letting me know there was a problem as to why it was taking almost 4 hours I never got seen. I waited a month for this appointment and it was an ER follow up. I will never use that Dr. Office again.

I was really impressed with Dr. Trijilo, he's so knowledgeable and took time with me, not just in and out!
