This place is a joke. They don’t believe in actually helping! All they want is quick money.
Wish I could leave zero stars. I spent four days in this facility a month ago, and it was one of the most degrading and traumatic experiences of my life. If Archbold responds to this with one of their copy-and-paste "we strive to provide compassionate care" replies, don't be fooled. It's public relations, not accountability. I voluntarily checked myself in after receiving a devastating diagnosis and suffering a panic attack. I went there looking for help. I’m not sure why this hospital have two stars but goddamnit I’m gonna be the first person to give it 10 stars. MY DOCTOR was top-tier as Sweet and understanding and doctor son had the most sweetest spirit and he was understanding the night. Staff is top-tier and they make me laugh while I was having a mental breakdown beyond exhaustion.
